Rich Counsell
Founder & CEO
Growing up on a farm in the UK meant Rich experienced the problem of volatile prices first hand. While working in Chicago, he was inspired to build a team that could democratize hedging for businesses of every size and sector.
Dr Simon Wang
Chief Data Officer
After completing his PhD, Simon joined the Trading team as our CDO. Based in London, Simon manages the pricing team made up of data scientists and commodity analysts in London and Singapore.
Julia Henderson
President and Head of Portfolio Management
Julia is based in our Bermuda office after senior roles at Peak Re (CUO), Renaissance Re, and PartnerRe. She has an MBA from Wharton and is responsible for Risk Capital in the Trading Team.
John Stotts
Chief Investment Officer
Previously an MD of Nasdaq and several Chicago based commodity funds including Belvedere, Infinium and Allston. John runs our Delta hedging function within the Trading Team.

THE STABLE FOUNDATION
The Stable Foundation was established on our first day as a company to reflect our collective committment to building a company that will have a positive impact on the world.
A fixed percentage of our global sales goes directly to our foundation, and the whole team at Stable decides how and where we invest this money into projects we care about.
One of the projects we’re honored to support is Send a Cow which works tirelessly to improve the income of farmers in Africa. As we grow as a team and a company, we’re excited about the future projects we can support.
